I watched The Great Gatsby yesterday. I wouldn't exactly call myself a fan of Baz Luhrmann BUT Romeo + Juliet is one of the few physical DVDs I own (and rewatch). That should count for something, right? I also really dig the soundtrack to this movie.
I thought it was amazing- the costumes, the acting, everything. Unlike most people on the internet, I LOVED the soundtrack. I was smiling throughout the film and the music definitely contributed to keeping my face looking like I'm on happy meds.
I've chosen Lana's Young & Beautiful (orchestral version) as song of the month. If you haven't watched the movie yet, please do so soon!
